Euronews reported on 24 September that the first guests are expected in 2028 and that the project includes 16 branded residences. The year is an expected opening, rather than a confirmed arrival date for a booking.
What this means for travellers
The announced design places privacy and wellness at the centre of the experience. Separating those activities across islands could make the movement between them part of a stay. How that works in practice will be worth checking when guest information becomes available.
